To further develop our digital strategy we are looking for a Digital Paid Advertising Specialist.
**DIGITAL PAID ADVERTISING SPECIALIST**:
The position is located in Vimercate (MB). **Responsibilities**: - Participation in digital marketing strategies to drive traffic acquisition and increase website visibility.
- Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the content manager and designers, to develop engaging and high-converting landing pages and ad creatives. **Required Skills**: - Knowledge of base digital marketing best practice
- Experience in PPC advertising campaigns (Eg. Google, Meta, Linkedin)
- Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Knowledge of GA4, Meta Insight and Linkedin Insight, to track and report on key performance metrics
- Analytic skills to identify new opportunities for traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Proficiency in using project management and collaboration tools. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising activities.
- Proven track record of managing successful PPC advertising campaigns and driving traffic growth.
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation websites is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
