**Description** Hitachi Energy is looking for a highly motivated Global Pricing Manager for our High Voltage Service Business. The mission is to shift the M&S; organization from a cost-plus pricing approach to a market and value-based pricing model, leveraging data analytics and structured governance. **Your responsibilities**
- ** Global Implementation**: Roll out and implement an entirely new pricing model to all HV Service units globally.
- ** Increase Pricing Accuracy**: Define and test templates to increase the accuracy of pricing results.
- ** Data Review**: Review required data sources and conduct research within the organization’s data systems.
- ** Process Development**: Develop processes to ensure harmonized metrics and calculations.
- ** Data Quality Checks**: Implement sustainable data quality checks to ensure high reliability of reports within the required schedule.
- ** Pricing Strategies**: Develop pricing strategies by connecting Product Group and Service Units pricing teams.
- ** Deployment Leadership**: Lead the deployment of the pricing waterfall and related topics in S4Hana for the BU High Voltage Products, GPG Services. **Your background**
- ** Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- ** Experience**:
- At least 5 years of experience in Pricing, Controlling, and/or data audit.
- Minimum 2 years of ERP experience (SAP preferred).
- Experience in Full Cost and Pricing Models.
- Experience in a multinational complex environment is a plus.
- ** Skills**: - Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Abilities in Python and PowerBI are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management, Agile (PSPO) is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
