Beverage outlets • Ensure smooth coordination between Front Office, Housekeeping, Food &, Beverage, and other departments • Provide operational support to all F&, B outlets during service periods, events, and high-volume operations • Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally • Monitor service standards and ensure compliance with hotel procedures and brand expectations • Assist with VIP arrivals, guest relations, and special requests • Supervise shifts and support team members during operational hours • Prepare operational reports and communicate relevant updates during handovers
