Customize Salesforce using technical development tools ensuring that the platform supports efficient processes and exceptional user experience.
/ph3Essential responsibilities /h3ulliCollaborate with Salesforce administrators, and business / functional / technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions using configuration options and custom development.
/liliDesign, develop, and maintain Salesforce components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, validation rules, integrations, Omnistudio scripts, etc.
/liliSupport and enhance data integrity by implementing data models, validation logic, automation, and monitoring mechanisms; develop dashboards to track data quality and user adoption.
/liliBuild, maintain,

optimize integrations and data flows between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms (primarily Mulesoft).
/liliContribute to Salesforce releases and deployments, ensuring compatibility with new platform features, minimizing technical debt, and supporting post?release stabilization.
/liliTroubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long?term fixes to prevent recurring issues.

/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulli3+ years' hands?on, in?depth experience in implementing / supporting medium+ complexity Salesforce environments, including post?go?live stabilization and operationalization.
/liliDetailed knowledge of the Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds, basic understanding of the Energy Utility Cloud / Industry Cloud offerings and demonstrated willingness to learn / apply new skills.
A recent Salesforce Platform Developer certification is a definite plus.
/liliBachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT Application Engineering or an equivalent industry proficiency with practical domain knowledge.
/liliGood understanding of application integration platforms, Mulesoft expertise is an advantage.
