ppDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /p pAt Purina we are committed to create richer lives for pets and the people who love them, providing high quality nutrition for cats and dogs and doing more of what matters for pets, people and planet. /p h3Position Snapshot /h3 pNestlé Purina Italy, Portogruaro Plant (VE) /p pPermanent and full-time role /p pNestlé welcomes people with disabilities /p pUniversity Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields). /p p2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment, preferably in Food/Pharma/FMCG industries. /p pProven experience in project management and technical problem-solving. /p pSe è interessato/a a candidarsi per questo lavoro, la preghiamo di assicurarsi di soddisfare i seguenti requisiti, elencati di seguito. /p pPMI or similar certification is a plus. /p pWorking in Maintenance dep. /p pIs alternatively positively evaluated. /p pFluency in English is mandatory. /p pItalian language would be preferred. /p pCompensation Package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, Impiegato, 1 Level, Gross Annual Base Salary 50.000,00 + 7% annual premio based on overall company performance. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pTo support and lead engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with safety and quality standards. /p pThe Project Engineer will collaborate cross-functionally to implement technical solutions that improve manufacturing processes and support strategic initiatives. /p h3A Day in the Life of a Project Engineer /h3 ul liProject Planning Execution: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets. /li liMonitor progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure successful delivery. /li liTechnical Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and maintenance teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with factory capabilities. /li liSupplier Contractor Management: Liaise with external suppliers and contractors for equipment, services, and installations. /li liManage contracts, timelines, and quality of deliverables. /li liDocumentation Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation,



including technical drawings, specifications, risk assessments, and progress reports. /li liCost Control: Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or safety. /li liCompliance Safety: Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, environmental standards, and internal safety policies. /li liParticipate in risk assessments and safety audits. /li liProcess Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in manufacturing processes, equipment efficiency, and energy usage. /li liCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with HSE, production, quality and logistics teams to ensure project alignment with operational goals at factory level. /li liCollaborate with Central Teams to guarantee project is delivered according to Nestlé standards and utilizing category approved technology platforms. /li liTechnology Integration: Support the introduction of new technologies, automation systems, and digital tools to enhance factory performance. /li liTraining Support: Provide technical training and support to operators and maintenance teams during project handover and implementation in collaboration with OSL (Operational Start-up Leader). /li liSustainability Initiatives: Contribute to projects that support sustainability goals, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and circular economy practices in line with Nestlé MM0 targets (i.e. carbon neutral manufacturing operations by 2050). /li liFoster a positive and engaging work environment by encouraging collaboration, celebrating achievements, and promoting a culture where having fun at work is valued. /li /ul h3What will make you successful? /h3 ul liProject Management: Ability to manage multiple projects,
