ppThe Sommelier delivers a refined, personalized, genuine, and consistent wine experience across all restaurants and beverage venues onboard. This role upholds Silversea FB Core Service Standards and Silversea Way service principles, providing expert wine guidance, technical precision, and proactive guest engagement. /ppWith elevated responsibility due to a more streamlined Sommelier structure, the Sommelier supports the full wine service cycle - from cellar maintenance to service execution - ensuring impeccable wine quality, accurate pairings, and full readiness for peak service periods. The role also supports wine training, contributes to beverage revenue, and plays a key part in achieving guest satisfaction and operational excellence under the guidance of the Head Sommelier. /ppWSET Level 2 is highly preferrable for this position. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
