Job Overview
The ICT B2B CRM & Loyalty Business Analyst supports the design and evolution of CRM, Loyalty, and Customer Engagement solutions for B2B environments, with a specific focus on dealer, partner, and distribution networks.
The role focuses on understanding the specific needs and operating models of B2B stakeholders, making possible to harmonize CRM experience at dealer side when B2B customer must be managed.
It will be required to optimize and uniform the process among all Stellantis Brands, so to improve B2B tool adaptation and their efficiency. Building a strong B2B well-structured DB is one of the main goal of the role.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the ICT B2B Business Analyst include but are not limited to the following:

- Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from B2B stakeholders across Sales, CRM, Loyalty, and Customer Engagement domains.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support the design and optimization of B2B CRM processes for dealer, partner, and distribution networks.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of B2B DB so to support loyalty programs, engagement initiatives, and customer lifecycle management use cases.
- Ensure business requirements are aligned with CRM, customer data, and engagement platform capabilities.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT teams.
- Participate in testing activities, user acceptance testing, validation, and rollout of B2B CRM and loyalty solutions.
- Contribute to the delivery of loyalty and engagement use cases.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions and support the identification of continuous improvement opportunities.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience

- Proven experience (3-5 years) as Business Analyst in CRM / Sales environments.
- Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of B2B processes and partner ecosystems.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
- Experience with agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Corporate module.
- Experience in automotive or dealer networks.
- Fluent in English in Italian (written and spoken).
Offer

- Salary range: from 39 k € to 43 k €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements
- Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area.
