We are now looking for a bFleet Specialist Team Lead /b to lead our warehouse and in-field operations in the city. /ppIn this hands‑on role, you will play a key part in building and developing our local operation, leading a team to ensure our vehicles are safe, available, and well maintained, while supporting a high-quality experience for Voi riders in Turin. /ph3YOUR MISSION AT VOI /h3pAs the Team Lead, you will work under the Site Manager and report directly to them, providing support in accordance with market needs. You will manage a team of Fleet Specialists and be responsible for ensuring a high quality of service for our users and cities. Your responsibilities include overseeing the efficient execution of tasks related to maintaining, repairing, transporting, and repositioning vehicles, as well as swapping batteries. /ppYou will divide your time between managerial duties such as hiring, training, and conducting performance evaluations for your team and performing operational tasks, whether in the warehouse or in the field, based on the business needs of the site. /pullibTeam Management: /b Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, /lilicoaching, and training of Fleet Specialists /lilibInventory Management: /b oversee spare parts and battery inventory to ensure /liliavailability and optimal usage /lilibHealthSafety /b:
Ensure team members adhere to safety regulations and compliance standards, complete onboarding paperwork, and monitor mandatory training compliance /lilibIncident Management /b: Record, follow up, and investigate incidents, ensuring adherence to workplace accident policies /lilibContractor Management /b: Supports when required the repairs and maintenance in /lilithe warehouse as needed /lilib3PLCoordination: /b Daily contact with 3PL partners to ensure adherence to agreed /liliprocedures /lilibVan Management /b: Supports operational aspects of vans, including installation and /liliremoval of tracking devices, but not budget or planning /li /ulh3WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK /h3pWe are looking for a pragmatic and responsible team-player who can fulfil tasks, solve problems independently, and work as part of a team to find new solutions and reach set goals.
