ppWe are looking for a bPeople Solutions Generalist I /b to join our Human Resources team in bCagliari /b. This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who is passionate about employee experience, people development, employee relations, and supporting business leaders through effective HR practices. /p pThe successful candidate will act as a trusted HR partner, working closely with managers and employees to ensure that People Solutions initiatives are aligned with business objectives while fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the implementation and administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives. /li liProvide guidance and consulting to managers on employee relations, performance management, HR policies, compensation, and talent management. /li liRespond to employee inquiries and concerns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders when required. /li liPartner with business leaders to identify and implement proactive HR solutions that support organizational goals. /li liConduct new hire onboarding sessions, orientations, and HR training activities. /li liMaintain employee records and HR documentation within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. /li liAnalyze HR data and metrics, prepare reports, and create insights to support informed decision-making. /li liAssist HR Partners with labor relations documentation and employee case management. /li liMonitor HR market trends and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li liPromote company values, culture, and leadership behaviors across the organization. /li liSupport recruitment and candidate selection activities when required. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 pRequired Qualifications Experience /p ul li2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources,
