The Solution Business Center is a regional team with team members located in different European countries and supporting customers throughout Europe and Central Asia. The current position is based in bCernusco sul Naviglio (MI) /b, Italy. The candidate will lead and manage solution projects with EPC contractors. /p h3What is the role about? /h3 pThe Project Manager Solution Projects leads complex international projects throughout their entire lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring the achievement of cost, schedule, quality, and customer satisfaction objectives. Also, the role collaborates closely with customers, Sales Centers, and internal stakeholders while providing coaching and guidance to Project Managers. /p h3The main activities will include: /h3 ul liManage the full project lifecycle of major and complex solution projects, including materials, services, engineering, construction and commissioning —from planning and design to execution, control, and close-out— according to Endress+Hauser’s Standard 201. /li liLead and coordinate international project teams across organizations, including project engineers, administrators, suppliers,



and other contributors /li liMaintain close communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction, manage expectations, and address any issues proactively. /li liMonitor project performance against budget, schedule, and quality targets, implementing corrective actions as needed. /li liCollaborate and network with internal departments, Sales Centers, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution across regions. /li liCoach and guide project managers in supported Sales Centers. /li /ul h3What do we expect from you? /h3 ul liStrong project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. /li liStrong technical knowledge in engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, automation). /li liAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. /li liProven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment across cultures and organizational boundaries. /li liTrack record in managing contracts for engineered packages, including materials, services, engineering, construction and commissioning. /li liExperience in successfully leading and managing solution projects with EPC contractors (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), primarily in the value range between 1 and 10 mln EUR. /li liProfessional proficiency in English (spoken and written) for an optimal collaboration with international colleagues and customers.
