And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come. /p h3MISSION /h3 pDrive the research and development of innovative products and processes to achieve sustainable and profitable growth by leveraging Syensqo's proprietary technologies and discovering new advancements. /p pDevelop as a scientific expert following the RI dual career path (expert track). /p h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liComply with HSE and laboratory safety practices. /li liDrive RI projects and ensure objectives are achieved and deadlines are met. /li liDesign, execute, and lead experimental research at the laboratory and pilot scale. /li liPerform hands-on laboratory work, developing and evaluating new synthetic approaches, materials, and processes. /li liSupervise and coordinate the work of technicians and contribute to laboratory organization. /li liDevelop expertise in fluorine organic chemistry, radical polymerization, and related technologies. /li liGenerate innovative ideas and translate them into practical experimental programs. /li liContribute to patent filings and scientific reports. /li liCollaborate closely with both internal (Production, PAM, RAPS, CTD, Marketing) and external partners (e.g. customers, universities). /li liMonitor scientific and technological developments, competitors' patents,
and emerging opportunities within the field. /li /ul h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liPh.D. in Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related field. /li liKnowledge of fluorine chemistry and radical polymerization is a plus. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liExcellent organic chemistry knowledge with strong synthetic and mechanistic understanding. /li liCreative scientist with strong experimental intuition and problem-solving ability. /li liPassion for laboratory research and developing new chemistry through hands-on experimentation. /li liDemonstrated aptitude for experimental research and scientific innovation. /li liCurious, self-motivated, and persistent when tackling challenging research problems. /li liAdaptable, collaborative, and enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team. /li liOrganized and able to independently drive research projects. /li liFluent English. /li /ul pSyensqo è un datore di lavoro che offre pari possibilità.
