The Group, a world leader in the luxury sector, operates in more than 45 countries with the PRADA, Miu Miu, Versace, Church's, Car Shoe and Luna Rossa brands, and has employees of over 100 nationalities. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pPrada Group is looking for a Digital Post Producer who will ensure the quality and consistency of digital content across post-production workflows. /p pThe role is responsible for validating outputs across all Prada Group brands' imagery, performing quality checks and ensuring alignment with brand standards. /p pLeveraging AI-enabled workflows, the Digital Post Producer supports efficient and scalable content refinement, including still-life on-model post-production for eCommerce and editorials. /p pWorking closely with AI Editors and Stylists, the candidate ensures that final assets meet creative vision and brand expectations. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and apply quality control frameworks and act as a human-in-the-loop validator for all assets. /li liReview industrial shootings to ensure quality standards. /li liTrigger refinements and regenerate AI-generated assets when needed. /li liPerform quality checks across all AI-generated assets. /li liSupport traditional shootings on set, ensuring outputs meet quality standards. /li liOutline post-production notes to guide asset refinement (both traditional and AI-generated).o /li liExecute post-production activities directly using AI tools and Adobe Photoshop. /li liIdentify recurring quality issues and support the optimization of production workflows.
/li liProvide feedback to improve workflows and approval processes. /li liPartner with AI Editors across generation and refinement cycles. /li liCollaborate closely with Styling teams and Producers on asset validation and refinement. /li liContribute to defining best practices for asset validation and scaling efficient post-production workflows /li /ul h3Knowledge Skills /h3 p3-5 years of experience in digital post-production, e-commerce content production or creative operations (luxury or high-end fashion brand preferred). /p pStrong understanding of e-commerce visual standards and PDP asset requirements. /p pProficiency with post-production and editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Capture One, etc.). /p pFamiliarity with AI-generated asset workflows and AI generators (e.g. Google Vertex, Higgsfield, Seedance) is a plus. /p pStrong attention to detail and quality-control mindset. /p pAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. /p pRAL €30.000 - €40.000 /p pJoining our Company means working in a creative and international environment, with teams of people motivated by curiosity and the quest for excellence.
