About the Position

We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Gorizia, Italy. This role is responsible for coordinating daily bonded warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with applicable customs regulations and company procedures, maintaining stock accuracy, supporting customer satisfaction,



and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily bonded warehouse operations in compliance with applicable customs regulations, legal requirements, and company procedures.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, handling, and shipment processes.
- Ensure that inbound and outbound warehouse transactions are accurately processed and fully aligned with the relevant documentation.
- Supervise the warehouse team, allocate daily tasks, monitor employee performance, and ensure operational continuity.
- Ensure that all team members comply with Health & Safety requirements and support the maintenance of a safe working environment.
- Monitor stock accuracy, coordinate physical inventory counts, and ensure consistency between physical stock, system records, and relevant customs records.
- Follow up on shortages, excesses, damaged goods, stock discrepancies, and goods requiring disposal, ensuring that relevant processes are completed.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.




- Support supplier coordination and review operational services and invoices in line with agreed terms.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and customer acquisition when required.
- Follow updates in customs regulations and ensure that all necessary operational requirements are implemented accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, stock, performance, and operational issues and present them to relevant management.
- Identify operational risks and issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bonded warehouse, logistics, customs, or related operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
- Good knowledge of bonded warehouse operations, inventory management, and customs processes.
- Experience in coordinating teams and daily operational activities.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety requirements in warehouse operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills with customs brokers, carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Solution- and results-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and warehouse/ERP/WMS systems.
- Good command of both English and Italian; Turkish is a plus.
- Must be based in Italy.
- Valid driver’s license.
