Whatever your role is, you are a part of a talented team that enjoys exploring and designing new technologies. /p h3Your new responsibilities /h3 ul liProject planning, quotes for target test times and development costs and efforts /li liDevelopment of test concepts in cooperation with Design, Customer and Suppliers /li liTest ICs on Wafer Level and Package Level /li liHardware development to adapt existing test platforms to the test requirements of the products /li liDesign of test interface circuitry (loadboard) and probecard for wafer level testing /li liDevelopment of test software for Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) using structural and high-level programming languages /li liIndustrialisation of the test solution and transfer to production with clearly defined stability and repeatability criteria’s /li liClose cooperation with the product development to ensure testability of the IC-products in a very early design stages and with test support, product engineering,



production and quality /li liContribution to new test methods and test development Know-how as well as continuous contribution to workflow and process improvement /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 ul liTechnical Education (preferred Technical University) in the areas of Electronics, Measurement Engineering /li liExperience with High level Programming Languages like C, C++, Unison /li liKnowledge in Hardware- and Circuit Design and strong DFT Knowledge /li liFamiliarity with automotive ecosystems and standards like AEC-Q100, TS16949 and ISO 26262 /li liExperience with Automatic Test Equipment for Semiconductors is advantageous (Teradyne Ultraflex / Ultraflex + /, Cohu DiamondX preferred) /li liProven understanding in analog and digital circuit development, design for test and semiconductor technologies /li liData analysis, statistics of silicon results and debugging /li liInnovative approach to optimize test program efficiency and effectiveness /li liTeamplayer who enjoys working in and with multicultural teams /li liProficiency in English, both written and spoken /li /ul pams OSRAM is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
