LJB & Co, Milan-based, seeks an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Milan.

You will manage MEP packages, valuations, variations and subcontractor accounts across the full project lifecycle. xysqume

Working with project leadership, site teams and clients, you will drive cost control, contract compliance and robust reporting, while liaising on commercial matters and contributing to monthly cost reviews.
