Together, each generation of employees honor our past whiledreaming of our future. /p /brpThe Events Coordinator, Project Management will be part of Southern Europe Client Experience team (Events team), based in the Head Office in Milan. /p /brpDemonstrating strong project management abilities, the candidate will lead the end-to-end execution of all client activations and events as the primary point of reference. /p /brh3Main responsibilities: /h3 /brul /brliGuide the development and execution of new and creative ideas to animate stores in market (in-store and virtually) during festive moments, product launches, High Jewelry events and other specific retail needs /li /brliAct as project manager during all phases of events, from ideation and presentation to on-site execution. /li /brliWork closely with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained yet support a localized approach /li /brliCollaborate with Client Experience Tean in the execution of in-store and virtual client activations and experiences while partnering with key stake holders /li /brliWork with production companies,
agencies and vendors to support and execute client actions strategy /li /brliLiaise key store contacts to ensure smooth-running of all event elements /li /brliLead the coordination of the event logistics (invitations, gifts, guest lists, RSVPs, travel) /li /brliDevelop communications to Retail Team /li /brliSource out new and different vendors with a high taste level appropriate to the Tiffany aesthetic /li /brliMaintain relationships with vendor to secure quotes, day to day communication, walkthroughs, onsite production, and execution /li /brliManage agendas, recaps and calendars for all events /li /brliProactively analyse budget and collaborate with Finance team to ensure clear reporting activities /li /br /ul /brh3Requirements: /h3 /brul /brliDegree/Master in Marketing and Events /li /brli5+ years of experience in Retail or Hospitality Event area /li /brliPrevious experience as Project Manager /li /brliStrong organizational skills and attention to details /li /brliStrong analytical skills and passions for elaborating reports /li /brliProblem solving and proactive attitude /li /brliFluent in Italian and English, a third language is a plus /li /br /ul /brpFor new joiners for this role in Italy, the annual gross salary associated with this position starts from 34.000€. /p /brpOn top of legal benefits, further benefits are provided in accordance with current company policies. /p /brpThis position is subject to the provisions of the collective bargaining agreement (CCNLTerziario, Distribuzione e Servizi) applicable to the role and applied by Tiffany Co. in Italy. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
