With a rich heritage of technological innovation and a forward-thinking approach, we lead the energy transition through engineering excellence, cutting-edge technology and strong and dynamic execution capability. /p pTecnimont is looking for a bConstruction Subcontracts Manager /bto join the “bConstruction Subcontracting /b” Function. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 pDuring project execution, the Construction Subcontracts Manager is responsible for: /p ul liEnsuring the effective management of all subcontracting activities related to construction, in compliance with company and project procedures (e.g. Project Execution Plan, Construction Execution Plan, contractual requirements); /li liPreparing, obtaining approvals for, and issuing the Subcontracting Strategy, including the Subcontracting Plan, Subcontractors List and Bidder List; /li liCoordinating the verification of completeness, clarity and consistency of technical and commercial documentation (Work Specifications, technical requirements, schedules and budgets), ensuring alignment with subcontracting documents; /li liManaging the full tendering process towards subcontractors, including preparation of inquiry documentation, NDA collection, issuance of inquiries, and tracking of tender status; /li liCoordinating the bid evaluation process (technical and commercial), ensuring proper distribution of offers to the relevant functions and consolidation of feedback; /li liLeading the economic and commercial negotiation phases with subcontractors, ensuring continuous update and alignment of offers; /li liSupervising the preparation, approval, and formal issuance of subcontracts,
ensuring proper authorization workflow and distribution to stakeholders; /li liMaintaining and updating a structured database of subcontract technical and commercial data to support future projects; /li liSupporting the resolution of claims and contractual clarifications related to subcontract agreements, in coordination with Contract Management; /li liCollaborating with proposal and construction teams during the estimating phase, contributing to subcontractor selection, quotation collection, and pre-award negotiations; /li liMonitoring subcontracting risks and criticalities, ensuring timely communication to Project Management and proposing corrective actions; /li liLiaising with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Procurement, Project Control, Legal) and external parties (subcontractors, vendors); /li liPromoting continuous improvement by capturing best practices and lessons learned in subcontracting activities. /li /ul h3Requirements and Skills /h3 ul liDegree in Civil, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent (or technical diploma with relevant experience); /li liProven experience (at least 8 years) in construction subcontracting management, preferably within EPC companies; /li liStrong knowledge of subcontracting processes, including tendering, bid evaluation, negotiation, and contract management; /li liGood understanding of project technical documentation (specifications, drawings, schedules, budgets); /li liFluent in English (both written and spoken); /li liStrong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills; /li liAbility to manage complex activities and multiple stakeholders in a structured manner; /li liDetail-oriented, methodical, and results-driven approach; /li liProactive mindset, adaptability, and teamwork attitude; /li liPrevious experience in EPC projects is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Contract Type and Classification /h3 ul liContract type: Permanent /li liApplicable collective agreement (NCLC): Chemical and Chemical-Pharmaceutical (identification code B011) /li liJob classification level:
