This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading international contractor delivering some of Europe's most complex and high‑profile mission‑critical projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring all records, drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, reports, and project communications are accurately controlled and distributed across the project team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and control all project documentation in line with company procedures and project requirements /li liMaintain document registers, RFI registers, action logs, issue logs, and project trackers /li liEnsure all drawings, specifications, reports, schedules, and technical documents are correctly stored and distributed /li liMonitor document revisions and ensure stakeholders are working from the latest approved information /li liTrack outstanding RFIs, actions,



and project deliverables /li liProduce weekly and monthly document control reports /li liSupport project teams with document management processes and compliance requirements /li liEnsure all project documentation complies with company standards and integrated management systems /li liCoordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients regarding document submissions and approvals /li liAssist with project close‑out documentation and handover packages /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years' experience in a Document Controller or Project Administrator role /li liPrevious construction, engineering, infrastructure, or data centre experience preferred /li liStrong knowledge of document control procedures and systems /li liExcellent xysqume organisational and administrative skills /li liHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite /li liExperience with document management platforms and collaboration systems advantageous /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities /li liExcellent written and verbal English communication skills /li liAbility to work in a fast‑paced project environment /li /ul h3What's on Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to work on a flagship data centre development /li liLong‑term career progression opportunities /li liCollaborative international project environment /li liExposure to large‑scale mission‑critical construction projects /li liCompetitive salary and benefits package /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
