As a Production Assistant Manager you will be part of the Production team supporting Manufacturing.The ideal candidate will have Strong leadership skills, manufacturing background and good work ethicwhich will align successfully in the organization. /p pbJob Title: Production Assistant Manager-2nd shift /b /p pbLocation: Ellabell, GA /b /p pbPay Range: $81 to 95/k /b /p pbWhat’s the Job? /b /p ulliAssist in managing daily production operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and timely manufacture of high-quality battery module products. /liliLead and support Production Supervisors and team members in achieving departmental goals related to safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and cost performance. /liliMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, implementing corrective actions to achieve performance targets. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, scrap reduction, quality improvement,



and cost savings. /liliCollaborate with Process Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Materials teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and improve operational performance. /li /ul pbWhat’s Needed? /b /p ulliHigh School Diploma or GED required. /liliMinimum of three (3) years of manufacturing experience in a high-volume production environment. /liliMinimum of one (1) year of leadership experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Lead, or equivalent manufacturing leadership role. /liliExperience managing production operations, employee performance, and departmental objectives within a manufacturing setting. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. /li /ul pbWhat’s in it for me? /b /p ulliExcellent benefits package including 401k /liliPTO /liliHoliday Pay /liliOpportunities for career advancement /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
