In this Backend Developer role, you will design and implement backend components for systems software and distributed services.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that support edge-to-cloud data and applications.
You'll work in a hybrid setup, combining office days with remote work, and you'll operate in a bilingual English/Italian environment.
This is a hands-on opportunity to shape backend tech, improve testing and debugging practices, and contribute to high-quality software at scale.
Unconditional inclusion
Design enhancements and changes for subsystems of systems software including OS, compilers, networking, utilities, databases, and related tools
Analyze design to determine coding, integration, and testing activities per objectives
Develop and execute testing plans, document processes, and debug issues in code
Collaborate with internal and outsourced partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective solutions
Communicate project status and issue resolution xysqume with stakeholders
Contribute as a team member within a software engineering group to deliver high-quality backend solutions
Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent
2-4 years of software development experience
Experience designing and developing backend or distributed software systems
