ppWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Security Manager to support the management and implementation of safety, security, and risk management activities within our property. Reporting to the Cluster Safety and Security Manager, the ideal candidate will collaborate in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and company assets, ensuring compliance with regulatory and luxury standards of the Group. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDaily Operations Physical Security /liliMonitor and manage all aspects of physical security, including closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, access control, and flow management /liliPerform regular inspections of risk management systems (e.g., fire and evacuation equipment) and supervise corrective actions when necessary /liliSupport the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) of security and fire safety systems /liliEmergency Response Incident Management /liliActively participate in emergency planning, related drills, and property preparedness programs /liliCoordinate the initial phases of incident investigations, collaborating with local emergency services and preparing the required documentation /liliManage critical situations with promptness and efficiency, maintaining a professional and solution-oriented approach /liliCompliance Safety Standards /liliEnsure adherence to all relevant health, safety, fire prevention, and local regulatory requirements /liliSupport various departments in implementing security protocols and promoting a culture of prevention and resilience /liliCollaborate with the Food Beverage team to support hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP/Hygiene)



/liliEvent Safety VIP Guests /liliConduct preliminary risk assessments for VIP visits, special events, and large functions /liliImplement dedicated protective measures in collaboration with relevant stakeholders /liliTraining Communication /liliSupport the delivery of security training sessions targeted at both security and non-security personnel, promoting awareness and company compliance /liliSupport Human Resources (HR) in pre-employment screening activities, including reference and background checks where required /li /ulh3Requirements /h3h3Qualifications Requirements /h3ulliEducation: Certification in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field /liliExperience: At least 2-4 years of progressive experience in similar security roles, preferably within luxury hospitality, corporate, or high-end retail sectors /liliTechnical Skills: Solid knowledge of physical security principles, security technologies (CCTV, access control), and risk management methodologies. Knowledge of applicable safety regulations /liliSoft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work effectively under pressure /liliLanguages:
