The Business Analyst, plays a key role in supporting business performance management by ensuring accurate reporting, consistent data flows and clear insights to guide commercial decisions and strategic planning. /p pThe Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization through accurate business analysis, sales reporting, performance tracking and data-driven insights. The role supports management, senior analysts and commercial teams by monitoring sales performance at regional, country, channel, brand, customer and door level, ensuring timely visibility on key business trends, risks and opportunities. /p pHe/She is responsible for collecting, consolidating and analyzing sell-in, sell-out and sell-thru data, preparing business reports, dashboards and presentations, and supporting the Budget, Forecast, Monthly Revenue Forecast and strategic planning processes. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, high attention to detail and a solid understanding of sales dynamics,
distribution networks, KPIs and business performance drivers. /p h3Business Analysis And Sales Performance Tracking /h3 ul liRegularly deliver business analysis of sales performance at regional, country, channel, brand, customer and door level. /li liMonitor top-line results and provide clear visibility on key business trends, risks and opportunities. /li liSupport the analysis of business performance, developing a solid understanding of each market and distribution model. /li liTrack regional distribution across all channels and maintain updated visibility on business evolution by market. /li /ul h3Reporting, Dashboards And KPIs /h3 ul liDefine, maintain and update sales dashboards by area and at consolidated level, focusing on key market KPIs. /li liPrepare weekly and monthly sell-out tracking and reporting. /li liCollect, consolidate and analyze sell-out and sell-thru data from partners and internal systems. /li liSupport the creation and maintenance of databases to capture sales data /li liEnsure accuracy, consistency and reliability of data flows, inputs and analysis. /li /ul h3Budget, Forecast And Business Planning Support /h3 ul liSupport the preparation of Budget and Forecast templates by partner, door and brand. /li liSupport the preparation of Monthly Revenue Forecasts through data analysis and business input consolidation. /li liTrack sell-in orders and support selling campaign forecasting. /li liConfirm End of Market results to HQ, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
/p h3Experience /h3 ul liPrevious experience in Business Analysis, Sales Analysis, Business Intelligence, Commercial Planning or a similar analytical role. /li liExperience in the fashion, retail, wholesale or travel retail industry is a plus. /li liStrong experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. /li liKnowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence / data visualization tools is a strong plus. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liStrong analytical mindset, with a natural attitude for numbers and data interpretation. /li liGood understanding of sales dynamics, distribution networks, partners, customers and competitor landscape. /li liAbility to analyze large sets of data and translate them into clear business insights and recommendations. /li liStrong knowledge of business KPIs, sales performance metrics and reporting processes. /li liExcellent planning, organizational and time-management skills. /li liGood communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Personal Attributes /h3 ul liCurious, open-minded and proactive team player, with strong sense of initiative. /li liHands-on approach, problem-solving attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities. /liliHigh attention to detail, accuracy and consistency. /li liWillingness to learn, improve processes and share knowledge across the team. /li liStarting base salary equal to € 30.000 (full-time). Once the successful candidate is selected, the salary offer will be based on objective and gender-neutral criteria such as experience, skills, responsibilities, and location. /li liTarget Premio: the role is eligible for a discretionary bonus. Any payout will be subject to the achievement of specific performance metrics and will be determined in accordance with the applicable bonus plan rules. /li liContractual level: CCNL Commercio - Level 4.
