PpSalary: between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus commission /p pRef: 8245IC /p pWebsite: /p pA well-established and trusted UK brand who operate on a global scale. /p pMain duties: To develop and grow a high-performing reseller network across Italy, driving the channel strategy and delivering sustainable sales growth. /p h3The role: /h3 ul liIdentify, qualify and enlist new channel partners presenting the company’s product /li liManage the recruitment of new partners from initial contact through to agreement and onboarding /li liLead onboarding processes ensuring new partners are set up /li liDeliver training sessions and provide ongoing support /li liAct as the main point of contact for partners and develop strong, trusted relationships /li liDrive partner performance, provide support and coaching where needed and ensure sales targets are met /li liAnalyse and regularly review performance metrics and partner feedback and suggest areas for continuous improvement /li liKeep accurate records on partner activity,



follow-ups and forecasts to track partner performance and pipeline coverage /li liMaintain competitive insight and market knowledge to help shape commercial priorities, drive sales and reduce risk /li liWork closely with Internal Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams to ensure a consistent partner experience and support commercial growth /li liParticipate in trade shows as needed /li /ul h3The candidate: /h3 ul liFluent in Italian (written and spoken) - Essential /li liStrong prospecting and new business development skills, with a proactive “hunter” mentality and resilience to create opportunities from a cold start – Essential /li liProven experience in outbound B2B sales, channel development or a similar role – Essential /li liResults driven, analytical and motivated /li liAble to work remotely and autonomously /li liProficiency in using CRM systems /li liAble to travel within the designated region /li /ul pThe salary: between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus commission /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
