PpOn behalf of bBayer, /ba global company with core competencies in health care and agriculture, bIQVIA /bis looking for a bField Service Engineer /b -based in Florence- to join an exciting working environment in a dynamic and international atmosphere. /p pAs a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance of systems and devices, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical service. /p pLocation: bTuscany /b; preferred residence: bFlorence /b area. /p h3MAIN TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liHandle service requests ensuring planning, organization, and execution of direct customer support services, promptly visiting customers, analyzing technical problems, and identifying the most appropriate solution; /li liPrepare service quotes in accordance with company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the profitability goals of the division; /li liPromote technical maintenance contracts, customizing the offer based on the customer's needs; /li liEnsure the inventory is up to date and manage the direct handling of tools; /li liContribute to business development by identifying new opportunities through the analysis of customer needs and collaboration with sales and marketing teams; /li liEstablish effective relationships with customers to meet their needs,



ensuring a positive outcome in terms of customer satisfaction and product image; /li liSupport the KAM in performing competitive intelligence analysis and identifying sales opportunities for injection systems and disposables; /li liResponsible for carrying out administrative tasks to ensure the company's quality and safety standards as outlined by the policies. /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liDegree in Biomedical/Electronic/Informatic Engineering or equivalent; /li li4-6 years of experience in Radiology service maintenance; /li liCustomer oriented approach; /li liGood organizational skills and ability to be autonomous in working schedules and priority definition; /li liHigh flexibility and collaborative approach; /li liResidence/domicile in Florence-Tuscany; /li liFull availability to travel in Tuscany and throughout all the Italy territory; /li liGood knowledge of English (especially written) is a preferred requirement. /li /ul h3TYPE OF CONTRACT /h3 ul liNational Collective Labour Agreement: Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry; /li liContract Type: Staff Leasing with IQVIA; /li liSalary Range or Gross Annual Salary: The initial annual gross compensate role is not below 41.369,73€ RAL. This position will also provide for a variable remuneration, awarded in accordance with the achievement of objectives and based on performance and in any case in compliance with objective and gender-neutral criteria. /li /ul pThe salary range is defined based on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria.
