ppWe are looking for a bQuality Control Raw Materials Manager /b responsible for ensuring that all raw materials used by the company comply with required quality standards, with particular focus on industry regulations and the more stringent requirements applicable to bbaby food. /b /p pThis role involves the inspection of incoming raw materials, supplier evaluation, quality system management, and close collaboration with internal departments to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations. /p pThe position also includes building strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers, supporting the Purchasing function in defining contractual specifications, and working closely with the RD department to ensure the compatibility of raw materials with product formulations. /p pThe role oversees and coordinates all quality control activities, ensuring that braw /bmaterials, production processes, and finished products meet required specifications and regulatory standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Raw Materials Control /h3 ul liEnsure incoming raw materials meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. /li /ul h3Production Process Control /h3 ul liMonitor and control production processes to ensure compliance with established procedures and expected product quality. /li /ul h3Finished Product Quality Control /h3 ul liPerform checks on finished products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality requirements. /li /ul h3Team Management /h3 ul liCoordinate and supervise the Quality Control and laboratory team, providing training and operational support. /li liManage relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and addressing any non-conformities. /li liAnalyze quality control data, identify critical issues,
and propose continuous improvement actions. /li /ul h3Documentation Quality System /h3 ul liPrepare and update quality management system documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. /li liSupport the Quality Manager (QMS) in the management of system-related activities. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liIn-depth knowledge of quality standards and food regulations, including conventional, organic, and baby food-specific legislation. /li liStrong understanding of production processes within the food industry. /li liAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and implement corrective actions. /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and management. /li liBasic knowledge of statistics applied to quality control. /li liFluency in English and Italian, ensuring autonomy in interactions with international clients and suppliers. /li liProven experience in team coordination and operational management. /li liExperience in sectors such as bakery, cereals, baked goods, or pasta will be considered a plus. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance of products and processes with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and customer specifications. /li liGuarantee the overall quality of the company’s products and services. /li liDrive continuous improvement of quality control processes. /li /ul h3Location: Province of Bergamo /h3 h3Salary range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross per year, depending on experience, /h3 pCCNL Alimentare. /p pThis job offer is open to applicants of all genders (Italian Legislative Decree 198/2006) and complies with Article 10 of Legislative Decree 276/2003. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
