We are supporting Sobi Italy in the search for 2 Key Account Manager – Metabolic Diseases, who will respectively cover: Puglia Nord/Molise/Basilicata Puglia Sud/Calabria /p h3Key Responsibilities / Scope of the Job /h3 ul liConstantly monitor the area of his/her supervisor about the appropriate use of medicinal products and reporting of safety information by healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable pharmacovigilance requirements, company procedures, and current regulations. /li liIn collaboration with the Business Unit Director/National Sales Manager and relevant cross-functional functions, including Marketing, define local activities and steps necessary to reach the objectives in his/her area of competence. /li liProvide scientific and product information to Healthcare Professionals, in accordance with plan agreed with his/her supervisor and in compliance with the company's strategy, with the company's policies and procedures and with applicable laws and regulations. /li liDevelop and continuously improve his/her own knowledge on the therapeutic area of his/her competence through participation in meetings, refresher courses and self-learning activities. /li liOrganize, plan and document his/her own field activities (visits, itineraries, meeting) and, on a regular basis, report to his/her NSM using the available approved company systems and tools. /li liComply with all applicable laws, regulations, industry codes, and company requirements relating to scientific information, pharmacovigilance and ethical code. /li liIn case of problems, act appropriately and inform his/her supervisor.



/li liRepresent the Company at national and regional congresses, scientific meetings, and other approved events, in accordance with applicable company procedures and compliance requirements. /li liDevelop and execute stakeholder engagement activities/visits to support long-term goals, within the assigned territory. /li liEnsure timely, accurate, and complete documentation of activities and customer interactions within the approved CRM system, in accordance with company requirements and established deadlines. /li liKAM must work and deliver each single action in strictly accordance with SOBI Policies, procedures and in compliance with the applicable law and regulations, including Legislative Decree 21/2006, Farmindustia Code. /li liTravel requirement: The role involves travel, the extent of which will depend on evolving business needs and cannot be precisely defined at this stage. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree qualifying for the profession of Pharmaceutical Scientific Information Officer, as required by Art. /li li122 of Legislative Decree 219/06. /li liProven experience in the Specialty Care area as a Sales Specialist, with experience in the cardiometabolic area required. /li liStrong customer-facing skills, with demonstrated success in account management. /li liStrong business acumen and analytical ability to translate data into action. /li liStrong communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities. /li liGood command of English.
