What you'll be doing
Within Legal & Compliance Dept, you will be involved in the day-to-day activities, supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance.
You will be involved in managing independently the following tasks:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (Agency, Distribution, Supply, Service Agreements; NDAs; LOIs; Sponsorship and Marketing Agreements).
Supporting litigation and pre-litigation activities, including drafting notice letters.
Assisting the Head of Legal with compliance programs (data protection, anti-bribery, anti-corruption, competition law).
Providing daily legal support to internal stakeholders, including legal advice, presentation, legal briefs, and management company policies and procedures.

You have strong legal skills, positive and business-oriented mindset, problem-solving attitude and flexibility.
Moreover, you have strong listening skills and a proactive approach and you are able to work within an organization with diverse internal teams in an open and effective manner.

Master's degree in Law.
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in-house.
Language English: Fluent written and spoken; Italian:
Fluent written and spoken Nice to have Bar exam Expertise in Food Law or FMCG sector Salary pack info
Full-time contract
Gross Annual Salary between 45 and 55 k €, STI 10%
