Responsibilities Select and set up an Id P (e.g. Google Workspace, Okta) and MDM for device management.
Build a complete asset inventory and its lifecycle.
Put onboarding/offboarding on a process, with tracked and timely access removal (security-relevant).
Define the support model that fits Milan and the out-of-office teams best as we grow.
Point of reference for day-to-day technical support (hardware, software, connectivity) in Milan.
Remote support and coordination of local hands for Barcelona, Madrid and Berlin.
Ownership of company-level software subscriptions: licenses, renewals, costs, seats.
Set up and run audio/video equipment for all-hands and company-wide presentations.
Requirements Experience in IT ops / IT support at a growing company,
with at least one setup built or structured independently.
Comfort with MDM and an Id P (Google Workspace, Okta or similar).
Vendor and budget management.
Comfort with on-site work on AV and events.
Fluent Italian and English.
