ph3Primary Responsibilities /h3pAs tempo pieno Analyst of MA Advisory Italy, you will have the chance to work in a well structured team supporting all the activities associated to the marketing and execution of MA mandates – including preparation of marketing material, company valuations, financial modelling and deal execution.
/ph3What we expect from you /h3ullibEducation /b: Master degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance; Master degree in Management Engineering (Specialization in Finance).
/lilibBehavioral skills /b: Ethical standards, teamwork and analytical approach; proactivity and problem solving attitude; ambition/learning curve and strong desire for achievement; responsiveness; communication skills; organization skills.




/lilibTechnical skills /b: Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken); excellent knowledge of accounting and financial techniques; financial modelling valuation analysis; presentation skills.
1 year experience in Investment Banking (preferably within MA advisory) or Private Equity.
