Job DescriptionJob Summary Responsible for receiving, checking, recording, and storing incoming supplies and equipment while ensuring accurate documentation and inventory records.
Key Duties &, Responsibilities - Receive and inspect goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Verify quantities, quality, and condition of received items.
- Record all received goods accurately in the inventory system.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the Storekeeper.
- Assist with proper storage, labeling, and FIFO practices.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe receiving and storage areas.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
- Ensure all receiving documents are properly filed and submitted.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Storekeeper or management.
QualificationsStore Clerk – Qualifications &, Requirements - Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Food Safety/HACCP certification.
- Experience with inventory management software.
- Good attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
