As an bAccounting Manager /b, you will play an active role in shaping the future of the Accounting function and driving the continuous development of processes and systems. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 ul liResponsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting /li liStrong knowledge of the relevant Italian accounting principles; knowledge of IFRS is considered an advantage /li liEnsuring compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements /li liExperience in the preparation and management of annual financial statements /li liManaging and continuously improving accounting processes and structures /li liIn-depth knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes, with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing more efficient workflows, digitalization initiatives, and optimization projects within accounting /li liSupporting change and transformation processes /li liProactive identification and evaluation of funding programs and grants /li liCollaborating with internal and external stakeholders /li liProviding professional leadership and development of the accounting team /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification is an advantage /li liSeveral years of professional experience in accounting, with solid expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting /li liStrong knowledge of relevant accounting standards and tax requirements /li liExperience in audit firms or external auditing companies is an advantage /li liExperience with ERP systems,
