We offer interesting and challenging tasks, a positive working environment in international teams, and opportunities for personal development and growth in a global company. /p h3Responsibilities / Tasks /h3 ul liAnalyze customer technical and application requirements /li liDevelop customized technical solutions aligned with the company product portfolio /li liDefine technical offers and layouts in collaboration with Sales, Quotation team, and all relevant stakeholders (e.g. Technology, Engineering, etc.) /li liEnsure project effectiveness in terms of cost, timing, and technical content /li liPerform preliminary feasibility studies aimed at standardization and modularization already during the bidding phase, proposing improvements and cost reduction activities (value engineering) /li liDefine system layouts and configurations /li liSupport Sales team in the preparation of technical offers and documentation /li liPrepare and maintain technical documentation (schematics, application descriptions, specifications) /li liManage technical requests (RFQ)
and customer clarifications /li liContribute to continuous improvement of technical solutions and standards /li liParticipate in customer meetings for offer definition /li liParticipate in internal kick-off meetings and manage Post-RAC activities within the engineering team /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Your Profile / Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation or equivalent) /li li2–5 years of experience in a similar role (Application Engineering, Proposal Engineering, Technical Sales) /li liGood ability to read and interpret technical drawings /li liFamiliarity with CAD tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Creo3D modelling or equivalent) /li liBasic knowledge of plant layouts or industrial machinery /li liGood knowledge of English /li /ul h3Key Skills /h3 ul liAnalytical and solution-oriented mindset /li liAbility to balance and integrate technical and commercial requirements /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills /li liAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlines, targets, and KPIs /li liAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams /li liAbility to manage tasks and priorities autonomously /li /ul pThe position falls under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with job classification and level to be defined based on the candidate’s experience and skills. /p pThe indicative gross annual salary range for this role is between €30,000 and €40,000, depending on experience, technical expertise, level of autonomy, and market alignment. /p pThe overall compensation package may also include variable components and additional company benefits, which will be discussed during the selection process. /p pGEA is proudly certified as a Top Employer, confirming our commitment to employee well-being, development, and empowerment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
