This role offers exposure to a wide range of modern simulators, systems, and equipment, providing opportunities for learning, development, and progression within the technical function. /ppThis position operates on a b4 on / 4 off rotating shift pattern (2 day shifts followed by 2 night shifts) /b and includes a shift allowance. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAssist in diagnosing and correcting problems on simulators and associated systems. /liliLearn and perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks on simulator systems. /liliUse the Maintenance Management System to record and track maintenance activities. /liliPerform pre-flight and post-flight checks on all simulators. /liliRun Qualification Test Guide (QTG) procedures. /liliComplete required training activities. /liliPerform basic visual system tasks, including visual alignment. /liliAssist with refurbishment activities and hardware modifications. /liliLearn and comply with the CAE Compliance Management System. /liliProvide customer service support and respond to customer needs in a timely manner. /liliPerform logistics duties including parts receipt, repair, and testing/validation. /liliConduct housekeeping tasks to maintain simulator conditions. /liliComplete administrative tasks as required. /liliSupport the technical services group as needed. /liliComply with Health and Safety regulations in an aviation training environment.
