Develops and maintains contractor accounts and reports on market opportunities and developments.
Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing sales strategies within the region to achieve profitability.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPromote and sell Franklin Electric products, including water pumps, motors, and related systems.
/liliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
/liliConduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Franklin Electric products.
/liliCollaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
/liliStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategically position Franklin Electric in the market.
/liliAchieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
/liliPrepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
/liliCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
/liliMonitor and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

/liliResults-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

/liliBachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
/liliProven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical, electronic or water industry.
