The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing comprehensive support throughout the sales and post-sales processes.
/ppbr / /ppstrongIn your role you will: /strong /pulliManage daily communications with customers, ensuring timely and effective support; br / /liliMonitor orders, from receipt to delivery, ensuring compliance with the agreed timing and conditions; br / /liliCoordinate with internal departments - logistics, commercial, production - to resolve any operational issues; br / /liliProvide proactive customer support, identifying solutions to improve satisfaction and loyalty; br / /liliSupport the sales team in developing growth strategies for the target markets; br / /liliRequest the necessary documentation for export - delivery notes, invoices, certifications - and manage any requests for customs assistance; br / /liliAnalyze customer feedbacks and identify areas for improvement in business processes.

or related fields; br / /lili1-2 years experience in similar roles, preferably in international contexts; br / /liliExcellent command of English (C1 European Level or higher).
