ph3We're looking for our Founding BDR /h3pAs TROPICO Security keeps on growing, we need someone who can open the doors of Europe's CISOs for us. /ppWe build amazing deception tech. Fake portals, honeytokens, AI honeypots, the kind of traps that make attackers regret ever touching a keyboard. Our CISOs love it. Attackers... less so. /ppMr. Coco, our Chief Deception Officer, wants you on the frontline! /ph3The Role: /h3pReaching out to CISOs and working side by side with our sales team and the founders /ppOwn the top of the funnel: prospecting, cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, whatever works /ppBook and qualify meetings with CISOs and security leaders across Italy and the EU /ppBuild the outbound playbook from zero, sequences, ICP, messaging, tooling /ppGrow into an AE role as we scale, this is the fast track, not a dead end /ph3You are: /h3p1 to 3 years in outbound sales, SDR/BDR experience is a plus but hunger matters more /ppCurious about cybersecurity, you don't need to be an expert, you need to want to become one /ppItalian mother tongue, professional English, based in or willing to move to Milan /ppResilient, allergic to copy paste emails,
obsessed with getting a reply /ppA builder, not a follower.
