ppAs a Service Training Instructor for SANY Italy, you will be central to customer success and knowledge transfer.
You will be responsible for designing and delivering professional technical and service training for customers and internal technicians, enhancing product application capabilities and after?sales service standards to build a professional brand image.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlan and implement a comprehensive training system covering basic, intermediate, and advanced levels for technical teams of distributors and end customers, including standardized operation procedures, maintenance processes, and a tiered skill development system for new products and technologies.
/li liDevelop, update, and localize (IT/EN) technical training curricula, manuals, hands?on guides, and assessment standards.
/li liManage and maintain training room equipment, teaching aids, and demonstration units to ensure a professional and safe training environment.
/li liCollect and analyze training feedback and field technical issues to continuously improve courses and provide input to product and RD teams.
/li liSupport on?site technical demonstrations and explanations at major exhibitions or customer events.
/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering,
Automotive Engineering or a related technical field.
/li libMandatory /b: Minimum 2 years of experience in btechnical service, maintenance, or training within the construction machinery industry /b, with in-depth knowledge of hydraulic and electronic control systems.
/li liExcellent public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively impart complex technical content to trainees of varying backgrounds.
/li liStrong instructional design and training material development skills, proficient in Office suites and multimedia tools for courseware creation.
/li liNative or fluent Italian.
Good written English skills for comprehending technical documentation.
/li liWillingness to undertake short?term domestic and European travel.
/li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liPrior experience as a trainer specializing in earthmoving machinery (macchine movimento terra) is highly desirable.
/li liIn-depth knowledge of equipment operation, maintenance, and worksite safety standards.
