pManning Global, an Internationally renowned staffing and managed services organization specializing in providing staffing solutions for leading corporations in AI, IT Telecoms, Engineering, Digital Media, Automotive and Renewable Energy is recruiting for Dealer Marketing Manager on behalf of one of their blue-chip international clients to join their organization in Italy /ppJob Title: /ppEmployment: /ppFull time /ppStart Date: /ppAugust/2026 /ppCountry: /ppItaly – Office based - Milan /ppSalary range: /pp60,000 - 80,000 EUR per year dependent upon experience /ppContact: /ppKey Responsibilities /pulliDevelop and cascade annual, quarterly, and monthly dealer marketing plans aligned with national product launch calendars and regional sales targets /liliDesign tiered marketing playbooks for different dealer categories (flagship 4S stores, satellite showrooms, authorised service partners) to ensure brand consistency while enabling local market adaptation /liliEstablish and maintain Dealer Marketing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering showroom visual merchandising, POS material standards, and event execution checklists /liliCampaign Execution Field Management /liliLead the regional rollout of major campaigns (Auto Shows, Test-Drive Weeks, seasonal promotions, EV-focused events) across the dealer network /liliConduct frequent dealership visits to audit campaign implementation, coach dealer marketing and sales teams on-site, and identify conversion bottlenecks (from lead capture to test-drive) /liliAct as primary liaison to resolve dealer concerns regarding brand support, budget allocation, or marketing material delivery /liliBudget,
ROI Performance Management /liliManage the regional Dealer Marketing Fund, including budget allocation, expenditure tracking, and claim reimbursement approval /liliMonitor campaign effectiveness using key metrics: Cost Per Lead (CPL), Showroom Traffic Lift, Test-Drive Conversion Rate, and overall sales contribution /liliProvide structured reporting and market intelligence to HQ, with KPI analysis and tactical recommendations /liliDigital Capability Building /liliDrive adoption of brand-owned digital tools (CRM systems, lead management platforms, social commerce tools) among dealers to enhance online-to-offline (O2O) lead generation /liliOrganise quarterly training workshops to upgrade dealer teams' capabilities in digital marketing (social media, programmatic advertising), customer experience management, and consultative selling techniques /liliSupport dealers in leveraging Italy's evolving EV incentive framework and the government's €1.34 billion Automotive DPCM funding for sustainable mobility /li /ulpExperience/Qualifications: /pulliBachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field /lili5–8 years of experience in trade marketing, field marketing, or dealer network management, preferably within the automotive industry /liliProven track record of managing multi-dealer campaigns across diverse Italian regions (North/Centre/South) /liliExperience with both established OEMs and emerging brands is highly valued /liliTechnical Market Knowledge /liliDeep understanding of Italy's automotive retail landscape, including: /liliRegional market dynamics and consumer purchase behaviours /liliEV/PHEV incentive frameworks and regulatory environment /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
