? About Us

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Store Assistant / Specialist to support the smooth operation of our retail stores.

The role will support customer service, sales, stock handling, replenishment, merchandising, store presentation, POS operations, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and day-to-day store activities .

The successful candidate will work closely with Store Management, Retail Operations, Sales, Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and Loss Prevention .

? The Role The Store Assistant / Specialist is responsible for supporting daily store activities and ensuring that customers can easily find products, receive helpful service, and complete purchases efficiently.

At Assistant level, the focus is on customer service, product handling, replenishment, store upkeep, transactions, and operational support .

At Specialist level, the role may include additional responsibility for inventory analysis, merchandising execution, sales reporting, process improvement, omnichannel fulfillment, and coordination with central retail functions .

- Maintain clean and organized:

- Displays
- Customer areas

- Report maintenance issues promptly

? Stock & InventoryStock Replenishment
- Monitor shelves and displays
- Replenish products from the stockroom
- Identify low-stock and out-of-stock products
- Escalate replenishment requirements

Receiving Stock
- Assist with receiving deliveries
- Check:
- Quantities
- Product codes
- Packaging
- Product condition
- Report discrepancies

Stock Counts
- Participate in:
- Cycle counts
- Periodic inventory counts
- Full stocktakes
- Assist with investigation of discrepancies

Inventory Accuracy
- Ensure stock movements are recorded correctly
- Report:
- Missing items
- Damaged products
- Incorrect quantities
- Stock discrepancies

Stock Transfers
- Support approved transfers between stores and warehouses
- Prepare products and documentation
- Ensure system records are updated

Stockroom Management
- Keep stockrooms organized
- Store products safely
- Maintain clear product identification
- Follow FIFO/FEFO procedures where applicable

Damaged Products




- Identify damaged or defective products
- Segregate affected stock
- Record and report damage
- Follow company procedures for returns or disposal

UAE Environment The successful candidate should be comfortable working in the United Arab Emirates , supporting customers and colleagues in a diverse, multicultural, and fast-paced retail environment.

Experience in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, or other UAE retail markets is highly desirable.

Experience in FMCG, supermarkets, fashion, beauty, electronics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, luxury, specialty retail, hospitality, consumer goods, or e-commerce is an advantage.

Knowledge of UAE retail practices, customer expectations, local promotional activity, and store operations is beneficial.
