/p h3Your future team /h3 pBecome a key member of our Verona Sales Team while working remotely from Venezia.
As we expand our presence in Italy, you will play a crucial role in supporting the establishment and success of our team in Verona.

As a key member of the Verona team, you will collaborate with colleagues to drive our mission forward while fostering a motivated and innovative work environment.
/p h3Your role in this journey /h3 ul liReach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies (mostly by cold calling) to find out if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
/li liGenerate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
/li liBe rigorous in activity tracking and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
/li liConduct regular business trips to your focus regions and gain valuable market insights.
/li liSupport the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
/li liHelp in organising events to promote Holidu and build a community of hosts.
/li liTravel to our Verona office for one working week per quarter, (accommodation costs covered by the company)
to collaborate closely with your team and participate in trainings and team activities.
/li /ul h3Your backpack is filled with /h3 ul liHigh level of self-motivation and ability to convince our hosts both on the phone (cold calling) and face to face.
/li liPositive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
/li liSolution?driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organised way.
/li liPreferred but not mandatory: experience in sales or account management, travel industry or online business.
/li liNear native Italian skills and fluent English skills.
/li liDriver's licence and personal vehicle for business trips.
