Develops and maintains contractor accounts and reports on market opportunities and developments.
Responsible for analyzing, developing, and implementing sales strategies within the region to achieve profitability.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPromote and sell Franklin Electric products, including water pumps, motors, and related systems.
/li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
/li liConduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Franklin Electric products.
/li liCollaborate with engineering and technical teams to address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
/li liStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to strategically position Franklin Electric in the market.
/li liAchieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
/li liPrepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to drive revenue growth.
/li liCollaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives.
/li liMonitor and analyze sales performance data,
providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
/li /ul h3Skills Knowledge and Expertise /h3 ul liStrong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
/li liResults-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
/li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
/li liWillingness to travel as needed to meet clients across the Italian territory, attend industry events.
/li liBachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
/li liProven experience in sales, preferably within the electrical, electronic or water industry.
/li /ul h3Employment Terms Compensation /h3 pCCNL Metalmeccanica Industria /p pSalary Range (Gross Annual Salary): 30,000€ – 40,000€ /p pCompany car /p pVariable Compensation: Sales Premio Eligibility for the Premio di Risultato (PDR), in accordance with the applicable company agreement.

/p pThe final job level and compensation package will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications.
