ph3Site Director – Packaging Milano /h3pAutajon Packaging Milano, located in Vanzago (Milan), is seeking a Site Director to lead our production facility specialized in high?quality cardboard cases for the beauty pharma sectors.
This role combines strategic leadership with day?to?day operational management.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliReports to the Group Co?Director.
/liliCo?develops strategic choices with the Group Co?Director, setting operational priorities to achieve business objectives.
/liliDefines the company's organizational structure.
/liliCollaborates with the Group HR Direction to set HR policies (training, remuneration, motivation).
/liliEnsures the company maintains the highest levels of technical and commercial know?how.
/liliCo?defines investment programmes with the Group Technical Direction.
/liliCo?defines commercial programmes with the Group Commercial Direction.
/liliResponsible for the product/service portfolio, pricing policy and communication strategy.
/liliDefines and implements the Quality Policy, including review and revision.
/liliIn the event of absence, the Production Manager performs related activities regarding production and adherence to quality and hygiene systems.
/liliHas the authority to approve changes.
