JOB SUMMARY The Staff House Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operation of company-provided employee accommodation. The role ensures that all staff housing facilities are safe, well maintained, compliant with company standards, and provide a comfortable living environment for employees. The Staff House Manager acts as the main point of contact for residents and works closely with Human Resources, Engineering, Housekeeping, and external suppliers.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years' experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
OR
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years' experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Accommodation Management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all staff housing facilities.
- Coordinate room assignments, check-ins, room changes, and check-outs.
- Maintain accurate occupancy records and accommodation databases.
- Ensure fair and efficient room allocation according to company policies.
Property Maintenance & • Safety
- Conduct regular inspections of staff houses and communal areas.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with Engineering and external contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and local housing regulations.
- Monitor and report any structural, safety, or operational issues.
Resident Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for employees residing in staff accommodation.
- Handle complaints, requests,
and accommodation-related concerns promptly and professionally.
- Promote a positive living environment and enforce house rules.
- Support conflict resolution among residents when necessary.
Housekeeping & • Hygiene Standards
- Oversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in common areas.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and monitor quality standards.
- Ensure waste management procedures are followed correctly.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain housing inventories, room condition reports, and key management records.
- Prepare occupancy, maintenance, and accommodation reports as required.
- Monitor housing-related expenditures and assist with budget control.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to accommodation.
Vendor & • Contractor Management
- Liaise with external suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor service quality and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Obtain quotations and support procurement activities when required.
COMPENSATION & • BENEFITS
- Gross Annual Salary: min 34,300 - 36,100 € (the gross annual salary is calculated on a pro-rata basis when employment covers only part of the year).
- The 13th and 14th month payments are included in the gross annual salary and are accrued on a pro-rata basis, depending on the actual period worked during the year.
- TFR (severance) is an additional amount on top of the salary, which is set aside during employment and paid to the employee at the end of the contract

- Ticket restaurants – meal vouchers (each with a net value of €8 per working day)
