More information and tickets are available at www.Aiweek.It.Role Description The Sponsorship Sales Specialist – European Market is a full-time role responsible for driving sponsorship revenue for AI WEEK across European territories. In this position, the specialist identifies and qualifies prospective sponsors, conducts outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings, and presents tailored sponsorship packages that align with partners’ marketing and business objectives. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The specialist collaborates closely with marketing and event teams to design compelling sponsorship offerings, ensure sponsor deliverables are met,
and nurture long-term relationships that contribute to the growth and visibility of AI WEEK.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in Sponsorship Sales and Sponsorship management, with experience selling event or conference packages in the European market.Strong Sales skills, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing, preferably within B2B or technology-related environments.Proven Lead Generation capabilities, including outreach, prospecting, and qualification of potential sponsors.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create persuasive proposals and deliver impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.Experience working remotely, with strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.Familiarity with AI, technology events, or innovation ecosystems is a plus.Proficiency with CRM systems and basic sales reporting tools.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Fluency in English; additional European languages are an assetRetributionFixed compensation: approximately €25K net per yearVariable performance-based compensation: up to an additional €40K gross per yearThis job advertisement is addressed to candidates of all genders (Italian Law No. 903/77).
