As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe's EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Technical Support Engineer to support our growing operations in Europe.
Job Description: Responsible for pre-sales / after-sales technical support work, including but not limited to technical support for customers in the development of sales opportunities, technical support of the project delivery process and commissioning, as well as after-sales technical support after delivery.
Responsible for timely resolution of technical issues raised by customers, including tracking feedback, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
Additionally, the role involves gathering customer requirements and communicating them effectively to the R&D; department at headquarters.
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing customer feedback to identify trends and areas for product improvement.
Drive product enhancements and upgrades by collaborating closely with the R&D; team.
Responsible for creating and delivering technical documentation and training materials.
Additionally, the role involves compiling repair case studies.
What You'll Need: Fluency in Italian (C1 level or above) or native proficiency is mandatory, English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel as needed.
3+ years of relevant work experience in EV or the new energy industry is preferred.
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Power, Communications, Electronics, Measurement & Control Technology, Instrumentation, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering, or other related STEM fields is preferred.

Strong learning ability, good service consciousness, strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work.
