In this role you will lead the development and scaling of Alfa Laval's digital services within the Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer Technologies unit.
You will shape product direction, connect customer needs with market-ready solutions, and collaborate across product, technology, commercial, and operations teams.
You will drive adoption and value realization for condition-monitoring offerings and broader digital services, while engaging with customers and partners across regions.

international travel opportunities global exposure work across multiple European offices career development in a fast-growing company Define the product direction, vision, and roadmap for digital services with a focus on scalability and customer value Act as a hands-on PM, engaging with customers and supporting commercial efforts to drive adoption Contribute to pricing discussions from a product perspective to align design with value Support global go-to-market activities with leadership and the Head of Revenue and Go-to-Market Develop the Digital Services Product & Portfolio Management function, including governance and ways of working Ensure strong product-market fit and value realization by embedding feedback from customers and commercial teams Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements for technology teams Serve as a link between product, commercial, technology,
and operations to align execution Support evolution and scaling of condition monitoring as a core offering and enhance customer value Define and track KPIs (adoption, usage, value realization) to inform commercial, product, and tech decisions Collaborate with Global Innovation Lead to identify new digital service opportunities aligned with growth priorities 3–5 years in product management, product development, business development, or similar in a B2 B environment Experience from industrial, mechanical, equipment or process-industry with exposure to digital products, Io T, or data-driven services Strong commercial understanding of how digital products create customer and business value Experience with condition monitoring, Io T, connected equipment, or data-driven offerings is an advantage Practical understanding of industrial equipment and process industries Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams to understand needs and shape solutions Structured thinking with a practical, hands-on approach Good stakeholder management and ability to work across commercial, technical, and operational functions Familiarity with agile or iterative development approaches and hardware-digital solution interfaces Ability to prioritize and make trade-offs in a structured, analytical way In this role you will lead the development and scaling of Alfa Laval's digital services within the Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transf... #J-*****-Ljbffr
