Client Account Manager, Enterprise Sales - Italian Market
In this Client Account Manager role, you will manage a book of business with key retail partners, acting as a trusted advisor to maximize Pinterest's advertising value.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to align partners' business goals with product and measurement insights.
You will translate data into actionable strategies, optimize campaigns, and drive revenue growth through strategic guidance and upsell opportunities.

base salary range equity incentive compensation career growth opportunities Build and nurture partner relationships; regularly discuss campaign performance, optimizations, updates, and opportunities Serve as the liaison between partners and internal teams (Measurement & Insights, Product Marketing, Creative Strategy) to meet partner objectives Translate partners' business goals into actionable insights and data-driven recommendations Lead the "how" conversations on media strategies across targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement Become expert on Pinterest campaign best practices and ensure optimal campaign setup and performance communication Evaluate campaign success, troubleshoot issues,
and drive course corrections to meet agreed metrics Engage in client meetings to understand objectives and challenges; present complex solutions clearly Handle objections professionally and pursue cross-sell/upsell opportunities to exceed revenue targets Explain product features and provide guidance on best practices and roadmap updates Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related questions and scale new performance products Digital advertising sales experience with high-value client relationships Proven track record of data-backed storytelling and recommendations Expertise in forecasting and goal achievement Strong communication skills across in-person, phone, and email Team player able to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional settings Deep knowledge of digital advertising and media sales; campaign optimization and analytics Technical foundation with experience in Search/Shopping/Display/Social advertising Curiosity and willingness to explore AI tools to improve productivity and insights Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
