Develop dashboards and executive reports that measure AR program effectiveness.
Help track analyst engagement metrics, sentiment trends, competitive positioning, and influence on business objectives.
Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with data-driven reporting.
Track the performance, utilization, and business impact of thought leadership and custom research assets, providing reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities to Include: Reporting and Insights KPI and performance monitoring Develop dashboards and executive reports that measure AR program effectiveness.
Help track analyst engagement metrics, sentiment trends, competitive positioning, and influence on business objectives.
Support quarterly business reviews and executive presentations with data-driven reporting.
Track the performance, utilization, and business impact of thought leadership and custom research assets, providing reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.
Budget and Vendor Management Support AR budget planning, forecasting, and expense tracking.
Vendor & financial management including procurement & internal reimbursements Support management of analyst firm contracts and renewals Coordinate with finance, legal, and procurement teams on vendor relationships and agreements.
Assist with sourcing research agencies for bespoke research projects.
Process & Policy Governance AR policy adherence and compliance Maintain AR policies, workflows, and best practices.
Process Documentation and Management (Documents and maintains all policies and procedures.) Drive process improvements and automation opportunities to increase team efficiency.
Analyst event support, including event budgeting, contracting and logistical/scheduling support Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in program management, operations, analyst relations, marketing operations, or a related function.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational, planning, and execution skills.
Experience creating executive-level reporting and presentations.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications Experience working with Analyst Relations and industry analyst firms, such as Gartner, Forrester, IDC, Everest Group, ISG, independent research firms, and others Research Program Management Knowledge of enterprise technology markets and B2 B go-to-market organizations.
PMP, Pg MP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
