/p h3Key Responsibilities of the Role: /h3 ul liPreparing and assigning work schedules to the electrical team and subcontractors /li liPlan and schedule daily work.
/li liSupervising and motivating team members /li liEnsuring proper handling of electrical materials and equipment during the installation stages /li liMaintaining safety standards and adhering to electrical codes and permits to work.




/li liSupervision of the installing all the electrical equipment that will install in the site.
/li liControl and keep track of scope changes, engineering changes and any other changes, non-conformities and technical queries /li liReviewing work procedures, method statement and suggesting improvement measures /li liCoordinate with the different contractors the execution of the works, interferences and daily follow-up.
/li liTraining and evaluating performances of new employees.
/li liCoordinating with on-site personnel from the different departments (civil, mechanical) to ensure proper workflow and avoid clashes /li liSupervising on-site electrical operations and reporting any major issues to the senior management /li liCoordinating with the project Electrical Project Manager to review any design requirements /li /ul h3Essential Criteria for the Role: /h3 ul liDegree Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer experience is required.
/li li10+ years' experience in similar role /li liExcellent organisational andplanning skills /li liAbility to work as part of a team /li liExcellent negotiation, problem solving and decision?making skills /li liProficient in use of systems software related to Engineering functions /li liAbility to manage workload and prioritise /li liAbility to work on own initiative /li /ul pbMercury is an equal opportunities employer /b /p /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
