ph3Job Description /h3 pbProduction Project Management /b /p pOversee and manage all technical aspects of the projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events.
/p pWork with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).
/p pWork with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets and to optimize lead times.
/p pWork with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., ecc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes, planning and final product quality.
/p pWork with Production Departments stakeholders (Head of, Team Leaders, Group Leaders) to optimize lead time and improve quality.
/p pCollaborate with Head of Production Engineering in mentoring Production Project Managers.
/p pProvide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects.
/p pCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.
/p pCreate technical reports and elevate to management, as needed.
/p pInvestigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.
/p pbProfessionalism /b /p pCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintain and develop good relationships with all stakeholders.
/p pProvide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.

/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pMaster/bachelor degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
/p pExtensive experience in an equivalent role in motorsport industry (F1 experience preferred).
/p pStrong, broad understanding of carbon prepreg processes.
/p pFluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian is preferred.
/p pStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
/p pProactivity, Innovation, and excellent communication skills.
/p pExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle changing priorities.
/p pExcellent attention to detail and strong project management skills.
/p pAbility to work collaboratively and effectively in a team.
